Water Jugs and 2 foot VHO's

Postby vman181 » Fri Feb 19, 2010 7:43 am

Well my wife and I bought a house and should be able to move in the weekend of March 5th. I have four water jugs and two trash cans of my own however I wanted to ask if anyone has some I can pick up from them on the 3rd or 4th. I want to take as much water as I can plus have a few standing by with new SW in them at the new house. If you can help out let me know. Thanks!!

Kevin

I have a couple 4 or 5 gallon jugs you can borrow. I also have one trash can that i don't know if it leaks or not. If it works out right, you can borrow more jugs and our brute but we will have to have those back by Saturday to do our tank cleanings that weekend. We have about 50 gallons worth of water jugs in that case. Let me know what you need.

Some how I didn't see your post Stephen. It's to early to think I'll get back to you on your jugs.

I also wanted to see if anyone had any old 2 foot VHO bulbs laying around they don't need or are about to throw out in the trash? I have two newer ones and I need two more to complete the circuit on a workhorse ballast I have. I can't rewire the harness for two bulbs. This way I can set up my temp 29g tank with everything while I get the other one moved to the new house and make sure the water is good. If for whatever reason it's not I will keep the 29g up til it's ready.

So you have 4 or 5 I can borrow over the weekend? and that won't mess you up for your tank cleanings? I moving my house stuff Sat with a 26ft truck and then on Sunday I am going to work on the tank. So I can get the jugs back some time on Monday. Does that work? Thanks for the help.
